Rojalyn joined Shine Early Learning in 2017 as the Early Learning Inclusion Specialist for our Louisiana program and most recently appointed as a Director of Early Learning Support and Transitions. In her new role, she will be responsible for supporting all partner transitioning programs to achieve educational quality and positive child outcomes. Prior to joining Shine Early Learning, Rojalyn was the Project Manager for Child Care Aware® of America overseeing sites participating in (ACCYN) Army Child Care in Your Neighborhood program and was a Board Chair of Regional Child Care Resource and Referral managing a multi-million dollar budget. Rojalyn has a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from John Wesley College and an Associates Degree in Early Childhood from Central Carolina Community College.
